This policy explains how Atlora handles eligible returns, replacements, resends and refunds for purchases made on atlora.in. It is designed for customers in India and should be read together with the product-specific terms shown before purchase.
Return window
For eligible products, a return request should normally be raised within 7 days of delivery. The item should be unused, in resalable condition and, where applicable, include original packaging, tags, accessories and manuals.
Damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the product shown, or incomplete, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order number and clear photographs/video of the parcel and product. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, resend or refund.
Non-returnable or restricted items
Products that are personalised, hygiene-sensitive, consumed, damaged through misuse, altered after delivery, or specifically marked as non-returnable may be excluded, subject to applicable consumer law. Product pages may contain additional return conditions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, we may request verified bank-account or UPI details. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and banking system.
Return shipping
Where the return is due to our error or an eligible defect/damage, we will communicate the available pickup or return-shipping arrangement. For other approved returns, any applicable return cost will be disclosed before the return is confirmed.
Cancellation
Cancellation may be possible before an order is handed to the fulfillment or courier partner. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.
How to request support
Use the Contact Us page and include your order number, registered phone number/email and supporting photos where relevant.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
