Consumer complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and are intended to be redressed within one month, subject to applicable law and the nature of the complaint.
Products, descriptions and pricing
We aim to keep product names, specifications, images, availability and prices accurate. Minor visual differences may occur. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfillment or cancel the affected order with an appropriate refund where applicable.
Taxes and invoices
Applicable taxes and invoice details are handled according to the tax treatment of the transaction. Where GST or other tax information is applicable, the relevant details will be shown on the invoice or checkout documentation.
Orders and payment
An order is subject to product availability, serviceability, payment confirmation and acceptance by Atlora. Online payments are processed by authorized payment partners. COD is available only where offered.
Imported products and product origin
Where a product is imported, the applicable country-of-origin and other product declarations will be provided as required by applicable law and the product/packaging information available to us.
Prohibited use
You must not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse of offers, interference with security, or any activity that harms the website or other customers.
Intellectual property
Atlora branding, original content, graphics, layouts and other materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, public emergencies, network failures, supplier interruptions or courier disruptions.
Consumer rights and governing law
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or reduce a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India.
